• The Trainer refers to Dr. Aisha Alsheikh when delivering in-person activities within Qatar under local licensing.

• Minds Rewired Ltd (UK) refers to the UK-registered company (registration number: 15096158) that owns and manages MOVE™ intellectual property and oversees all online and international program delivery.

• Mangroves Consultancy (Qatar) refers to Mangroves Consultancy, Auctions & Exhibitions, the licensed Qatari partner legally authorized to host and operate MOVE™ in-person events within Qatar.

• User, You, Participant, Member refers to any person accessing the website or engaging in MOVE™ programs.

• Website refers to www.moveinitiatives.com and all associated subdomains.

• Policies collectively refers to these Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, Membership Participation Agreement, Code of Conduct, and Intellectual Property Notice.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing this Website, purchasing any MOVE™ offering, or participating in any MOVE™ program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by:

• In-person gatherings (Ladies Brunch, Mixed Afternoon Tea, Ramadan Ghabga)

• Speaker Training Bootcamp

• Online content and digital programs

• Community-building experiences

3.2 What MOVE™ Is NOT

MOVE™ offerings are:

• NOT psychological therapy, counseling, or mental health treatment

• NOT medical care or healthcare services

• NOT crisis intervention or emergency support

• NOT accredited educational certification

• NOT professional coaching certification

We do not diagnose, treat, or manage mental health or medical conditions. If you require psychological support, you should seek a licensed mental health professional.

4. JURISDICTION & OPERATIONAL STRUCTURE

4.1 International & Online Programs

All online and international MOVE™ programs (outside Qatar) are operated by:

• Entity: Minds Rewired Ltd (UK)

• Applicable Law: England & Wales

4.2 In-Person Programs in Qatar

All in-person MOVE™ activities within Qatar are:

• Hosted legally through: Mangroves Consultancy, Auctions & Exhibitions (Qatar)

• Delivered by: The Trainer (Dr. Aisha Alsheikh) under Mangroves' licensing

• Payment processing: Exclusively through Mangroves Consultancy in QAR currency

• Applicable Law: Qatar

No Qatar-based income passes through Minds Rewired Ltd (UK).

5. MEMBERSHIPS & ENROLLMENT

5.1 Membership Structure

MOVE™ offers various membership tiers as detailed in our Membership Participation Agreement. Key terms include:

• Cycle Duration: December 2025 through May 2026

• Gathering Types: Ladies Brunch, Mixed Afternoon Tea, Ramadan Ghabga

• Payment Terms: As specified in the Membership Participation Agreement

• Non-Refundable Policy: All payments are non-refundable as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy

5.2 Enrollment Requirements

To enroll in any MOVE™ program, you must:

• Be 18+ years of age (or have parental consent and supervision)

• Provide accurate and complete information

• Agree to all applicable Policies

• Make payment according to the specified terms

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

6.1 Ownership

All materials, branding, methodologies, program structures, written content, audiovisual content, exercises, frameworks, and conceptual frameworks used within MOVE™ are the exclusive intellectual property of:

• Primary Owner: Minds Rewired Ltd (UK)

• Moral Rights: Retained by Dr. Aisha Alsheikh

• License: Dr. Aisha Alsheikh is licensed to deliver MOVE™ content

6.2 Permitted Use

You may use MOVE™ content for your personal growth and development only.

6.3 Prohibited Use

You may NOT:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or adapt any MOVE™ content without written permission

• Record, screenshot, or photograph sessions without explicit consent

• Teach, train, or certify others using MOVE™ methodologies

• Use MOVE™ content for commercial purposes

• Create derivative works based on MOVE™ intellectual property

Unauthorized use may result in legal action as detailed in our Intellectual Property Notice.

7. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

By using the Website or participating in MOVE™ activities, you agree:

1. To Provide Accurate Information: All registration information must be truthful and complete

2. To Maintain Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

3. To Respect Intellectual Property: Not to reproduce or share proprietary content without permission

7. To Communicate Respectfully: In all digital spaces including WhatsApp groups, as outlined in our Code of Conduct

MOVE™ reserves the right to remove any user who violates these responsibilities without refund.

8. PAYMENT, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

8.1 General Payment Terms

• All payments are processed according to the applicable entity (UK or Qatar)

• Currency: QAR for Qatar events, GBP/USD/EUR for international programs

• Installment options are available for VIP memberships only

• Late payments may result in suspension of access

8.2 Qatar-Based Events

All payments, refunds, cancellations, and financial matters for Qatar events are handled solely by:

• Entity: Mangroves Consultancy (Qatar)

• Currency: QAR only

• Refund Terms: As specified in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, Section 3B

Payments must not be sent to Minds Rewired Ltd (UK) for Qatar activities.

8.3 Online & International Programs

Payments for online/international programs are handled through Minds Rewired Ltd (UK) and follow UK commercial policies.

8.4 Refund Policy

All refund and cancellation terms are detailed in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Key points:

• Memberships: 100% non-refundable

• Qatar Workshops: Specific refund windows apply (15+ days: 100%, 14-7 days: 50%, <7 days: 0%)

• International Retreats: Specific refund windows apply (60+ days: 100%, 60-30 days: 50%, <30 days: 0%)

• No Refunds: For non-attendance, change of mind, or dissatisfaction

9. NO GUARANTEE OF OUTCOMES

MOVE™, The Trainer, Minds Rewired Ltd (UK), and Mangroves Consultancy make no guarantees, warranties, or assurances regarding:

• Emotional or personal breakthroughs

• Leadership or professional advancement

• Business growth or financial outcomes

• Speaking opportunities or visibility

• Specific results or transformations

Results depend entirely on the participant's own engagement, effort, circumstances, and application of concepts.

10. PARTICIPANT CONDUCT & COMMUNITY SAFETY

10.1 Code of Conduct

All participants must uphold the standards outlined in our Code of Conduct, including:

• Respectful communication and confidentiality

• No recording or distribution of sessions

• No commercial activity or solicitation

• Maintaining emotional and psychological safety

• Respecting gender-specific gathering guidelines

10.2 Zero Tolerance Policy

We maintain zero tolerance for:

• Harassment or discrimination of any kind

• Breach of confidentiality

• Disruptive or unsafe behavior

• Aggression or disrespect toward staff or participants

• Intellectual property violations

Violation may result in immediate removal without refund and potential legal action.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

11.1 Assumption of Risk

You understand and accept that participation in MOVE™ programs involves inherent risks, including:

• Emotional reactions or triggers may occur

• Physical activities carry injury risk

• Group settings have confidentiality limits

• Outcomes cannot be guaranteed

You participate voluntarily and at your own emotional, psychological, and physical risk.

11.2 Liability Exclusion

To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, MOVE™, The Trainer, Minds Rewired Ltd (UK), Mangroves Consultancy, and all staff/contractors are not responsible or liable for:

• Emotional discomfort, distress, or triggers arising during or after sessions

• Losses, damages, or injuries of any kind

• User decisions or actions based on program content

• Incidents occurring at or en route to in-person gatherings

• Technical issues with digital platforms or user equipment

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

11.3 Maximum Liability

If, despite the above, we are found liable, our maximum liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific program at issue.

12. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

12.1 Jurisdiction by Program Type

• International/Online Programs: Governed by the laws of England & Wales

• Qatar In-Person Programs: Governed by Qatari law

The applicable law depends on which entity delivered the program.

12.2 Dispute Resolution Process

1. Informal Resolution: Email your concern to the appropriate entity (UK or Qatar)

2. Negotiation Period: 30-day good faith negotiation period

3. Mediation: If unresolved, mediation with mutually agreed mediator (costs shared equally)

4. Legal Action: As a last resort, legal proceedings in the appropriate jurisdiction

12.3 Time Limitation

Any legal action must be commenced within one (1) year of the incident giving rise to the claim.

13. PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION

13.1 Data Collection

• Remove participants for violations

• Archive or delete groups as needed

• Moderate content for community safety

15. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

15.1 Updates

We may modify these Terms at any time to reflect:

• Legal or regulatory requirements

• Community needs and feedback

15.2 Notification

Updates become effective immediately upon posting on the Website. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.

15.3 Continued Use

Your continued use of the Website or participation in programs after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

17. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with all referenced Policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and MOVE™ regarding your use of our services, superseding all prior or contemporaneous communications, proposals, or agreements.
