1. NATURE OF SERVICES (IMPORTANT LEGAL CLARIFICATION)

MOVE™ provides personal development, emotional intelligence, communication and public speaking training, storytelling education, leadership development, and mind–body awareness practices.

Our work may include science-informed, non-clinical techniques, such as:

• Emotional regulation tools

• Reflective inquiry and self-reflection exercises

• Somatic and mind–body awareness practices

• Breathwork and grounding exercises

• Coaching methodologies

• Communication, presentation, and public speaking coaching

• Group learning, facilitated circles, and experiential practices

These offerings are educational, experiential, and self-developmental. They are not:

• Clinical psychology, psychotherapy, or counselling

• Psychiatry or mental health treatment

• Medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment

• Any regulated therapeutic or clinical health service

MOVE™, the Trainer (Dr. Aisha Alsheikh), Minds Rewired Ltd (UK), and Mangroves Consultancy (Qatar) do not diagnose, treat, or manage any mental health or medical condition.

If you require psychological or medical support, you must seek help from a licensed healthcare or mental health professional.

2. MEDICAL CONTRAINDICATIONS & SAFETY WARNING

Some practices used in MOVE™ programs (e.g., breathwork, emotional processing exercises, somatic awareness) may not be suitable for everyone. This includes, but is not limited to, individuals with:

• Unmanaged or severe mental health conditions (e.g., major depression, severe anxiety, PTSD, psychosis)

• Cardiovascular conditions (e.g., heart disease, uncontrolled high blood pressure)

• Respiratory conditions (e.g., asthma, COPD)

• Epilepsy or seizure disorders

• Recent surgeries, injuries, or serious physical limitations

• Pregnancy (particularly in later stages or where advised by a doctor)

You are fully responsible for consulting your doctor or qualified healthcare provider before participating in any MOVE™ activity if you have medical, psychological, or physical concerns.

3. NO THERAPEUTIC, MEDICAL, LEGAL, OR FINANCIAL ADVICE

Nothing provided through MOVE™ — including live sessions, recordings, written materials, or online content — should be understood as:

• Medical or psychological diagnosis, treatment, or prescription

• Legal, tax, or financial advice

• Business, investment, or professional guarantees

You remain solely responsible for consulting appropriate licensed professionals (medical, psychological, legal, financial, or otherwise) before making health, legal, financial, or business decisions.

Participation in MOVE™ does not create:

• A therapist/client relationship

• A doctor/patient relationship

• A fiduciary, legal, financial, or advisory relationship

4. GROUP SETTINGS, PRIVACY & LIMITATIONS

MOVE™ spaces are designed to be respectful and supportive, but they are not clinical or confidential therapy environments.

Participants are encouraged, but not legally bound, to keep group sharing confidential.

MOVE™ cannot guarantee that other participants will maintain confidentiality, despite clear guidelines and community agreements.

Do not share highly sensitive information that you wish to keep strictly private. You are responsible for your own level of disclosure.

5. JURISDICTION, ENTITIES & OPERATIONAL STRUCTURE

MOVE™ operates across two legal jurisdictions through distinct entities:

A. International & Online Programs (Outside Qatar)
These are delivered through:

Minds Rewired Ltd – United Kingdom

Registered in England & Wales (Company No. 12266609)

Governing law: England and Wales

All online courses, digital programs, international workshops, and memberships fall under UK jurisdiction and are operated by Minds Rewired Ltd.

B. In-Person Events Within Qatar

In-person MOVE™ events, gatherings, and workshops held inside Qatar are:

Legally hosted by Mangroves Consultancy, Auctions, and Exhibitions (licensed Qatari entity)

Facilitated by Dr. Aisha Alsheikh (referred to as "the Trainer") under Mangroves Consultancy's local licensing and regulatory compliance

Paid for and processed exclusively via Mangroves Consultancy, in line with Qatari law

In-person events follow current local health, safety, and regulatory guidelines applicable at the time of the event.

Where relevant:

• The Trainer (Dr. Aisha) facilitates programs for MOVE™ under: Minds Rewired Ltd (UK) for international / online delivery, and

• Mangroves Consultancy for in-person Qatar events.

• Nothing in this Disclaimer overrides mandatory obligations under UK or Qatari law.

6. YOUR REPRESENTATIONS & WARRANTIES

By using MOVE™ services, you confirm that:

• You are 18 years or older (or have explicit parental/guardian consent for youth programs). For youth programs: Separate registration, parental consent forms, and specific safeguarding protocols apply.

• You understand the non-clinical, educational nature of MOVE™ services.

• You have consulted, or will consult, your healthcare provider if you have physical, medical, or psychological concerns.

• You are not participating under false identity or fraudulent intent.

• You will not misuse MOVE™ content or brand for unauthorized commercial or teaching purposes.

• You will not deliberately disrupt sessions or compromise the emotional or physical safety of others.

7. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

MOVE™ offers tools, frameworks, skills training, and supportive environments. However, individual results vary, and we do not guarantee:

• Emotional or psychological transformation

• Financial or business success

• Improved relationships or career outcomes

• Leadership positions or speaking opportunities

• Specific improvements in mental or physical health

You are solely responsible for how you apply the material and for any decisions you make.

8. PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY & ASSUMPTION OF RISK

By accessing the website or participating in MOVE™ programs, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You participate voluntarily and at your own risk.

• You are fully responsible for your actions, decisions, and outcomes.

• Emotional responses, discomfort, or triggers may naturally arise in self-development work.

• You will seek professional help where appropriate (medical, psychological, legal, financial, etc.).

• MOVE™, the Trainer (Dr. Aisha Alsheikh), Minds Rewired Ltd (UK), Mangroves Consultancy (Qatar), and any staff, team members, or contractors cannot be held liable for:

• Emotional distress or triggers experienced during or after sessions

• Actions you take based on the content

• Injuries, losses, or damages associated with in-person attendance

• Consequences of ignoring medical or professional advice

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & USE RESTRICTIONS

All MOVE™ content — including but not limited to:

• Frameworks, methods, and curricula

• Program structures and exercises

• Manuals, workbooks, PDFs, and written materials

• Videos, audios, graphics, and slides

• Branding, logos, names, and taglines (including "MOVE™ Stories With Impact Movement or Initiative")

Is the intellectual property of Minds Rewired Ltd (UK) and used under the direction of Dr. Aisha Alsheikh.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute materials

• Teach or resell MOVE™ methods as your own

• Create derivative programs or trainings based on MOVE™ content

• Use the MOVE™ name or brand for your own events without written permission

• Unauthorized use may constitute infringement and may lead to legal action.

10. EXTERNAL LINKS & THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

MOVE™ may use or link to third-party platforms, including but not limited to:

Systeme.io (landing pages / funnels)

Google Workspace / Google Docs

Calendly (scheduling)

Zoom

Google Meet

WAPlus and WhatsApp-related tools

Payment processors such as Stripe (for international payments) and Qatar-based gateways via Mangroves Consultancy

We are not responsible for the content, policies, security, or practices of third-party websites or services. Your use of third-party platforms is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the full extent permitted by law, MOVE™, the Trainer (Dr. Aisha Alsheikh), Minds Rewired Ltd (UK), Mangroves Consultancy (Qatar), and any directors, employees, contractors, or affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages

• Emotional distress, psychological reactions, or perceived harm

• Loss of income, revenue, business, opportunities, or data

• Injuries or incidents occurring during in-person events or travel to and from them

• Technical issues, errors, downtime, or data breaches involving third-party platforms

• Your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with any MOVE™ content or service is to discontinue use and participation.

12. INDEMNIFICATION

By using the website or participating in MOVE™ services, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless:

• The Trainer (Dr. Aisha Alsheikh)

• MOVE™ Stories With Impact Initiative

• Minds Rewired Ltd (UK)

• Mangroves Consultancy, Auctions, and Exhibitions (Qatar)

• Their respective directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates

• from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or legal fees arising from:

• Your use or misuse of MOVE™ services or content

• Your breach of these terms or any applicable policy

• Your violation of any law or third-party rights

13. NO WARRANTIES

All MOVE™ services and content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Accuracy, completeness, or reliability of information

• Fitness for a particular purpose

• Non-infringement

• Availability or uninterrupted access

• Freedom from errors, omissions, or security vulnerabilities

We reserve the right to modify, pause, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without notice. We reserve the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel programs due to operational requirements, safety considerations, or low enrollment.

14. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

For online and international programs operated through Minds Rewired Ltd (UK), this Disclaimer is governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

For in-person events held in Qatar and operated under Mangroves Consultancy, this Disclaimer is governed by the laws of the State of Qatar, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Qatari courts.

The applicable jurisdiction depends on which entity is delivering the specific service.

15. CHANGES TO THIS DISCLAIMER

We may update this Disclaimer from time to time to reflect changes in:

• Law or regulatory requirements

• Our services, partnerships, or operational structure

• Risk assessments and best practices

The "Last Updated" date at the top will be revised when changes are made. Continued use of the website or participation in programs after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Disclaimer.
