
Membership Participation Agreement

This Membership Participation Agreement ("Agreement") supplements our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, and Code of Conduct for all MOVE™ membership programs.
1. GATHERING FORMATS & EXPERIENCE
1.1 Bilingual & Expert-Enhanced Experience
Our gatherings are thoughtfully designed for meaningful connection and growth:
Bilingual Approach: Gatherings are conducted in a bilingual-friendly format with primary delivery in English and Arabic translation/support as needed
Expert Contributions: We may invite guest experts to share 10-15 minute inspirational segments during gatherings, with at least one expert session monthly
Cultural Sensitivity: All formats and timings are thoughtfully designed for the Qatar context
Holistic Experience: Each gathering offers delicious food, micro-learning sessions, reflection on different topics, speaking practice space, and supportive sharing

Afternoon Tea Circle (Mixed Gender)

Well-being micro-sessions for holistic growth
1.3 Gathering Types & Timings
MOVE™ offers three distinct gathering formats during each membership cycle:
Ladies Brunch (Women Only): 11:00 AM - 1:00/1:30 PM
Breakfast/brunch gathering with storytelling, emotional clarity practices, and sisterhood connection
Mixed Afternoon Tea (Open to All): 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM
Afternoon tea circle with curated conversations, networking, and leadership development
Ramadan Ghabga (Mixed): 9:00 PM - 11:00 PM
Evening gathering during Ramadan with light dinner and reflective sharing
Replaces one Mixed Afternoon Tea during the holy month
2. MEMBERSHIP TIERS & INCLUSIONS
2.1 Available Membership Tiers
QUEENS Membership (Women Only): 6 Ladies Brunch Gatherings
PRESTIGE Membership (Open to All): 6 Mixed Gatherings (Afternoon Tea or Ramadan Ghabga)
ELITE Membership (Women Only): 12 Total Gatherings (6 Ladies Brunch + 6 Mixed)
VIP Membership (Women/Men): All applicable gatherings PLUS "MOVE Signature Speaker Training Bootcamp"

3. SCHEDULE & FLEXIBILITY
3.1 Membership Cycle Structure
Memberships include gatherings scheduled from December 27, 2025 through May 2026 with the following rhythm:
December 2025: Launch gathering
January-May 2026: Monthly gatherings on various weekdays and weekends
Ramadan Period (anticipated 2026): Special evening gatherings in lieu of afternoon tea
Full Schedule: Specific dates provided upon enrollment
3.2 Schedule Flexibility Policy
All dates are provisional and subject to change
2-3 weeks advance notice will be provided for any schedule changes
Members commit to attending gatherings on announced dates
Your membership provides access to a set number of gatherings, not to specific dates
4. PAYMENT & FINANCIAL TERMS
4.1 General Payment Terms
All payments are processed by Mangroves Consultancy, Auctions & Exhibitions (Qatar)
Currency: Qatari Riyals (QAR) only
All membership payments are 100% non-refundable as detailed in our Refund & Cancellation Policy
4.2 Payment Options
Standard Memberships (QUEENS, PRESTIGE, ELITE): Full payment in advance
VIP Memberships: Flexible payment plans available (full payment or installment options)
Launch Deposit Option: For December 12, 2025 launch day only, a 500 QAR deposit may secure your membership spot
Complete payment details and installment schedules are available during enrollment.
5. MEMBER RESPONSIBILITIES & CONDUCT
5.1 Code of Conduct Compliance
All members must adhere to our Code of Conduct, including:
Respectful communication and confidentiality
No recording or distribution of session content
No commercial activity or solicitation
Maintaining emotional and psychological safety
Respecting gender-specific gathering guidelines where applicable
5.2 Attendance & Participation
Your responsibility to attend scheduled gatherings
No make-up gatherings for missed sessions
Active, respectful participation expected
Minimum requirements may apply for Certificate of Attendance eligibility
5.3 Schedule Management & Communication
Regularly check your registered email and private WhatsApp group for schedule updates
Note announced gathering dates in your personal calendar
Understand that membership is for gathering access, not date certainty
Primary communication channels will be email and designated WhatsApp groups
6. RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS
6.1 Rescheduling by MOVE™
If MOVE™ needs to reschedule a gathering:
A new date will be announced with at least 2-3 weeks' notice
All members are expected to attend the rescheduled date
No alternative dates, credits, or refunds for inability to attend the new date
Members missing a rescheduled gathering simply forfeit that gathering
6.2 Cancellation by MOVE™ (Extremely Rare)
In the unlikely event a gathering cannot be rescheduled:
That gathering is removed from the cycle count
Members receive one fewer gathering than originally scheduled
No refund or credit issued for the cancelled gathering
7. CERTIFICATES & ACKNOWLEDGMENTS
7.1 Certificate of Attendance
May be issued upon completing membership requirements
Acknowledgement of participation only
NOT professional certification or accreditation
DOES NOT qualify holder to teach or certify others
7.2 Bootcamp Certificate of Completion
For VIP members completing the Speaker Training Bootcamp
Acknowledgement of training completion only
Not a professional certification
Does not qualify holder to train or certify others
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
8.1 Content Protection
All MOVE™ content is protected intellectual property. Members agree:
NO recording of sessions without written permission
NO distribution, sharing, or reproduction of materials
NO teaching of MOVE™ content/methods without license
NO commercial use of MOVE™ intellectual property
8.2 Your Contributions
You retain rights to your original stories and shares
You grant MOVE™ limited license to use anonymized contributions for educational purposes
You can opt out of recording/photos during sessions
9. LIABILITY & DISCLAIMERS
9.1 Assumption of Risk
You understand and accept that:
Emotional reactions or triggers may occur
Group settings have inherent confidentiality limits
Outcomes and personal results cannot be guaranteed
Participation is at your own emotional and psychological risk
9.2 Not Professional Services
MOVE™ memberships are NOT:
Therapy, counseling, or psychological treatment
Medical or healthcare services
Crisis intervention or emergency support
Accredited educational programs
9.3 Release of Liability
You release MOVE™, Mangroves Consultancy, Dr. Aisha Alsheikh, and all staff/contractors from liability for emotional distress, triggers, or psychological impacts arising from participation.
10. GOVERNANCE & CONTACT
10.1 Governing Law
Qatar-Based Operations: Governed by Qatar Law
Operated by: Mangroves Consultancy, Auctions & Exhibitions (Qatar)
All disputes resolved in appropriate Qatari jurisdiction

10.3 Agreement Updates
We may update this Agreement at any time. Updates are effective immediately upon posting. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
FINAL ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By purchasing a MOVE™ membership, you acknowledge and agree that:
You have read and understood this Membership Participation Agreement
You agree to be bound by all linked policies: Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, and Code of Conduct
All membership payments are non-refundable
You will comply with the Code of Conduct at all gatherings
All dates are provisional and subject to change with 2-3 weeks notice
You will monitor both email and private WhatsApp groups for schedule updates
Any certificates received are for acknowledgement only, not professional certification
You participate at your own emotional and psychological risk
You are 18+ years old or have parental consent
All information provided is accurate and complete
This Agreement constitutes the complete understanding between you and MOVE™ regarding membership participation.
