REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

This Refund & Cancellation Policy ("Policy") applies to all offerings of MOVE™ Stories With Impact Initiative ("MOVE™", "we", "us", or "our"), including memberships, events, programs, and digital products.

By purchasing any MOVE™ offering, you agree to this Policy in addition to our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and other applicable policies.

POLICY AT A GLANCE

  • All Memberships & Digital Products: 100% Non-Refundable.

  • International/Online Events: 100% Non-Refundable.

  • International Retreats: Refunds apply only if cancelled in writing within specified timelines:

    • More than 60 days before start: 100% refund.

    • Between 60 and 30 days before start: 50% refund.

    • Less than 30 days before start or No-Show: No refund.

  • Qatar In-Person Workshops: Refunds apply only if cancelled in writing within specified timelines:

    • 15+ days before start: 100% refund.

    • 14 to 7 days before start: 50% refund.

    • Less than 7 days before start or No-Show: No refund.

  • Deferrals (Not Refunds): May be requested only for serious, documented emergencies (25% fee applies).

All cancellation, deferral, and dispute communications must be made in writing via email to be considered valid.

1. GENERAL NON-REFUNDABILITY PRINCIPLE

Core Policy
All MOVE™ payments are 100% non-refundable, except as specifically provided for International Retreats in Section 3B and Qatar-based in-person workshops in Section 3C below. This is a fundamental condition of participation across all offerings, including but not limited to:

  • Membership programs (Queens, Prestige, Elite, and VIP memberships)

  • Workshops, retreats, and in-person events (except as noted in Sections 3B & 3C)

  • Online courses and digital programs

  • Single sessions and consultations

  • Any paid community access or resources

No Exceptions Circumstances

Payments remain non-refundable regardless of:

  • Change of mind or personal preference

  • Scheduling conflicts or time unavailability

  • Dissatisfaction with content, delivery, or facilitation

  • Missed sessions or inability to attend

  • Technical issues on your equipment or internet

  • Relocation, travel restrictions, or visa issues

  • Health issues (unless qualifying for Limited Deferral)

  • Financial hardship or changed circumstances

  • Any reason not explicitly qualifying for Limited Deferral

2. MEMBERSHIP-SPECIFIC CANCELLATION TERMS

6-Month Fixed Cycles

  • Memberships operate on fixed 6-month cycles.

  • No mid-cycle cancellations permitted.

  • No pro-rated refunds for early departure.

  • No transfer to other cycles or programs.

  • All membership payments are non-refundable.

Non-Renewal Structure

  • Memberships do NOT auto-renew.

  • Each cycle requires fresh enrollment and payment.

  • No obligation to continue beyond current cycle.

  • No cancellation needed at cycle end.

Termination for Cause
MOVE™ may terminate memberships without refund for:

  • Code of Conduct violations

  • Disruptive or unsafe behavior

  • Unauthorized content sharing

  • Payment disputes or chargebacks

  • Any breach of Terms of Use

3. EVENT & WORKSHOP CANCELLATION TERMS

3A. General Policy (All Events Except International Retreats & Qatar Workshops)

  • 100% non-refundable once booked.

  • No transfers to other events or dates.

  • No credits for future events.

  • Full payment forfeited for no-shows.

3B. International Retreats
This section applies specifically to multi-day in-person retreats held outside the State of Qatar.

  • "Event Start" is defined as the scheduled start time on the first day of the retreat.

  • 100% refund if written cancellation is received more than 60 calendar days before the Event Start.

  • 50% refund if written cancellation is received between 60 and 30 calendar days before the Event Start.

  • No refund for cancellations made less than 30 calendar days before the Event Start.

  • No refund is issued for non-attendance (including illness, travel issues, or any other reason for failure to attend), which is treated as a cancellation made less than 30 days before the Event Start.

  • Refunds, if eligible, are processed exclusively by Minds Rewired Ltd (UK) within 30 business days of approval to the original payment method.

  • Important: Refunds cannot be processed by MOVE™, The Trainer, or Mangroves Consultancy (Qatar).

3C. Qatar-Based In-Person Workshops
This section applies specifically to workshops held within the State of Qatar, hosted by Mangroves Consultancy.

  • "Event Start" is defined as the scheduled start time on the first day of the workshop.

  • 100% refund if written cancellation is received 15 or more calendar days before the Event Start.

  • 50% refund if written cancellation is received between 14 to 7 calendar days before the Event Start.

  • No refund for cancellations made less than 7 calendar days before the Event Start.

  • No refund is issued for non-attendance, which is treated as a cancellation made less than 7 days before the Event Start.

  • Refunds, if eligible, are processed exclusively by Mangroves Consultancy within 14 business days of approval.

How to Request a Refund (Qatar Workshops Only):

  • Subject Line: Refund Request – [Event Name]

  • Important: Refunds cannot be processed by MOVE™, The Trainer, or Minds Rewired Ltd (UK).

3D. MOVE™-Initiated Cancellations
If MOVE™ cancels an event:

  • Full credit issued for rescheduled event.

  • Alternative date offered within 6 months.

  • If no alternative possible = credit for future offering.

  • No cash refunds under any circumstances.

3E. Date/Time Changes
If MOVE™ reschedules an event:

  • Participants automatically transferred to new date.

  • No refunds for inability to attend new date.

  • Credit offered only if no alternative dates available.

4. DIGITAL PRODUCT CANCELLATION TERMS

Online Courses & Programs

  • 100% non-refundable after purchase.

  • No refunds for partial completion.

  • No refunds for technical issues on user side.

  • Access granted immediately = no cancellation right.

Recorded Content

  • Instant access products = no refunds.

  • Downloadable content = no refunds once downloaded.

  • Streaming content = no refunds after access granted.

Subscription Content

  • Monthly/ongoing subscriptions = cancel anytime.

  • Cancellation stops future charges only.

  • No refunds for already-paid periods.

  • Access continues through paid period end.

5. LIMITED DEFERRAL POLICY

Qualifying Circumstances
Deferral (NOT refund) may be considered ONLY for:

  • Hospitalization or serious medical emergency (doctor's certificate required)

  • Bereavement of immediate family (death certificate required)

  • Government-declared natural disaster preventing participation

  • Military deployment orders during program dates

Deferral Process

  • Email membership@moveinitiatives.com with a deferral request within 14 days following the Event Start date.

  • Submit verifiable documentation.

  • Pay 25% administrative fee of the original amount.

  • Credit issued for next available offering.

  • Subject to space availability and price differences.

Deferral Limitations

  • Maximum one deferral per participant lifetime.

  • Credit valid 12 months only.

  • Cannot be combined with other offers.

  • No cash value, non-transferable.

  • MOVE™ approval required at sole discretion.

6. PAYMENT DISPUTES & CHARGEBACKS

Required Process
DO NOT initiate chargebacks. Instead:

  1. Email: support@moveinitiatives.com with "Dispute Inquiry".

  2. Provide transaction details and concern.

  3. Allow 5 business days for investigation.

  4. Accept resolution based on this Policy.

Unauthorized Chargeback Consequences

  • Immediate termination of all MOVE™ access.

  • Permanent ban from future offerings.

  • Legal action to recover the full transaction amount, plus a £250/QR 1000 administrative fee, plus any associated legal or collection costs.

  • Credit agency reporting if applicable.

7. JURISDICTIONAL PROCESSING

Qatar-Based Offerings

  • Processed by: Mangroves Consultancy

  • Currency: Qatari Riyals (QAR) only

  • Law: Subject to Qatari consumer regulations

Dispute Resolution

  1. Formal written complaint to appropriate email above.

  2. 30-day negotiation period.

  3. Mediation via a mutually agreed-upon mediator, with costs shared equally between the parties.

  4. Legal proceedings in appropriate jurisdiction.

9. NO WAIVER OF RIGHTS

Any failure by MOVE™ to enforce a provision of this Policy in a specific instance does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce it in the future for the same or any other violation.

10. POLICY UPDATES

We may update this Policy at any time. Updates are effective immediately upon posting. Your continued participation constitutes acceptance of revised terms.

By purchasing any MOVE™ offering, you acknowledge you have read, understood, and agree to this Policy, including the specific refund terms for International Retreats and Qatar-based workshops, and the general non-refundable policy for all other offerings.
