CODE OF CONDUCT

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER

This Code of Conduct is a legally binding agreement between you and MOVE™ Stories With Impact Initiative. By participating in any MOVE™ program, you agree to be bound by these terms. This document supplements but does not replace our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, and Membership Participation Agreement.

Legal Status: This Code of Conduct is governed by the following entities based on program delivery:

  • Qatar In-Person Events: Mangroves Consultancy, Auctions & Exhibitions (Qatar), subject to Qatar Law

  • International/Online Programs: Minds Rewired Ltd (United Kingdom), subject to England & Wales Law

Enforcement: MOVE™ reserves the sole discretion to interpret and enforce this Code. All decisions are final.

CULTIVATING RESPECT & INCLUSION

In Every Interaction, We Practice:

  • Active Listening: Hearing without interrupting or formulating responses while others speak

  • Non-Judgment: Offering feedback with care, avoiding assumptions or criticism

  • Cultural Sensitivity: Honoring religious, cultural, and personal differences with curiosity

  • Gender Respect: Following gender-specific gathering guidelines as outlined for each event

  • Language Inclusivity: Practicing patience and respect in our bilingual (English/Arabic) spaces

We Do Not Tolerate:

  • Harassment, bullying, intimidation, or manipulation of any kind

  • Discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, age, ability, or identity

  • Hate speech, derogatory comments, or personal attacks

  • Unsolicited advice, diagnosing, or "fixing" others

  • Disrespect toward facilitators, venue staff, or fellow participants

Consequences for violations may include immediate removal without refund, as detailed in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

CONFIDENTIALITY & PRIVACY PRACTICES

Our Shared Commitment:

  • Stories Stay Here: What's shared in MOVE™ spaces remains within our community

  • No Recording: No audio/video recording, screenshots, or photography without written permission

  • Anonymous Sharing: Protect others' identities when discussing insights gained

  • Consent-Based Sharing: Ask permission before sharing others' stories or experiences

Important Limitations:

  • Mandatory Reporting: Facilitators must report threats of harm to self or others to appropriate authorities

  • Community Setting: These are learning and sharing spaces, not confidential therapy sessions

  • Personal Responsibility: Share only what you're comfortable having in a group setting

  • Digital Footprint: While we protect privacy, complete anonymity in digital spaces cannot be guaranteed

QATAR CULTURAL CONTEXT & VENUE GUIDELINES

For In-Person Gatherings in Qatar:

  • Venue Respect: Follow all venue rules and treat staff with courtesy and appreciation

  • Cultural Sensitivity: Dress appropriately for the gathering type and venue expectations

  • Gender Guidelines: Respect the specified guidelines for Ladies-Only vs. Mixed events

  • Ramadan Considerations: Be especially mindful of fasting participants during holy month gatherings

  • Local Compliance: All participants must comply with Qatari laws and regulations

  • Hospitality Norms: Embrace local customs of hospitality and gracious hosting

Legal Notice for Qatar Gatherings:

All in-person events within Qatar are hosted and legally operated by Mangroves Consultancy, Auctions & Exhibitions (Qatar), and delivered by Dr. Aisha Alsheikh. Qatari law governs all disputes arising from these gatherings.

DIGITAL & IN-PERSON ETIQUETTE

For All Gatherings:

  • Punctuality: Arrive on time to honor the container and fellow participants

  • Full Presence: Minimize distractions and participate with intention

  • Mobile Awareness: Keep devices on silent unless otherwise instructed

  • Preparation: Complete any pre-work and come ready to engage

For Digital Sessions:

  • Camera Presence: Keep cameras enabled when possible to foster connection

  • Authentic Identity: Use your actual name on all platforms

  • Audio Mindfulness: Stay muted when not speaking to reduce background noise

  • Private Spaces: Join from confidential locations when sharing personally

  • Technical Responsibility: Ensure stable internet connection and charged devices

For WhatsApp & Digital Communities:

  • Respectful Communication: No forwarding messages or content without explicit permission

  • Confidentiality Maintained: Protect group conversations and shared content; what's shared here stays here

  • Focused Engagement: Keep discussions aligned with MOVE™ values and the main purpose of each group

  • Response Respect: Allow space for others to respond without pressure; avoid tagging individuals repeatedly or sending unsolicited private messages

  • Promotion & Announcements: To keep our main groups focused and valuable, direct promotion, business pitches, or client recruitment is not permitted in the general community groups. However:

    • We have a dedicated "MOVE Announcements" channel for approved promotions.

    • Alumni and members who have completed our training may submit their service or business announcements to the MOVE team for review.

    • We aim to support your life and business growth through the proper channels to avoid overwhelming the community with unrelated content.

    • Please contact the facilitators to learn how to submit your announcement for consideration in the dedicated promotion space.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & CONTENT PROTECTION

Legal Ownership:

All MOVE™ content, methodologies, exercises, frameworks, and materials are protected intellectual property owned by Minds Rewired Ltd (United Kingdom). Moral rights are retained by Dr. Aisha Alsheikh.

Prohibited Actions (You Agree NOT To):

  • Record, screenshot, photograph, or reproduce any sessions without written permission

  • Teach, adapt, distribute, or commercialize MOVE™ methodologies, exercises, frameworks, or content

  • Share program materials, handouts, or resources with non-members

  • Create derivative works based on MOVE™ intellectual property

  • Misrepresent any Certificate of Attendance or Completion as professional certification

Permitted With Written Consent:

  • Sharing personal insights and transformations (without proprietary methodologies)

  • Quoting Dr. Aisha Alsheikh with proper attribution

  • Referencing general concepts learned (without specific exercises or frameworks)

  • Using approved materials for personal growth (not teaching others)

Violations may result in legal action as outlined in our Intellectual Property Notice.

HEALTH, SAFETY & EMERGENCY PROTOCOLS

Your Wellbeing Matters:

  • Physical Safety: Participate within your physical capabilities and comfort level

  • Medical Awareness: Inform facilitators privately of relevant health considerations if needed

  • Substance-Free Space: Attend gatherings free from alcohol or non-prescribed substances

  • Emergency Preparedness: Note emergency exits, first aid locations, and safety information at venues

  • COVID-19/Health: Follow current health guidelines and do not attend if symptomatic

MOVE™ Is NOT:

  • Medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment

  • Crisis intervention or emergency service

  • Accredited educational certification

  • Replacement for professional healthcare

  • Fire Department: 999

In emergencies, contact Qatari emergency services immediately. Do not rely on MOVE™ facilitators for emergency response.

REPORTING & RESOLUTION PROCESS

How to Report Concerns:

Subject: "Code of Conduct Concern - [Event/Gathering Name]"
Include: Date, time, detailed description, and any relevant evidence or witnesses

Our Response Commitment:

  1. Acknowledgment: Receipt confirmed within 48 business hours

  2. Investigation: Confidential review involving only necessary parties

  3. Resolution: Outcome communicated within 7 business days of acknowledgment

  4. Appeal: Right to request review of decision within 14 days

Possible Outcomes:

  • Facilitated Conversation: For minor misunderstandings or first-time oversights

  • Written Warning: For first-time minor violations with agreement on corrective action

  • Temporary Suspension: For repeated or moderate violations (specific duration determined)

  • Permanent Removal: For serious, repeated, or safety-compromising violations

  • Legal Action: For intellectual property theft, threats, or illegal behavior

Important: No refunds are issued for removal due to Code of Conduct violations, as stated in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

YOUR AGREEMENT

By participating in any MOVE™ program, event, gathering, or community space, you confirm that:

✅ You have read, understood, and agree to uphold this Code of Conduct
✅ You accept full responsibility for your participation and sharing
✅ You will respect all facilitators, participants, and venue staff
✅ You understand violations may result in removal without refund
✅ You commit to co-creating safe, respectful, transformative spaces
✅ You are 18+ years old or have parental consent and supervision
✅ You agree to the governing laws based on your participation method

This acknowledgment is legally binding and constitutes acceptance of these terms.

FINAL ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By participating in MOVE™, you acknowledge: This Code of Conduct creates mutual expectations for our community. Violations disrupt the safe space we collectively maintain and may result in consequences up to and including permanent removal without refund and potential legal action.

Your participation constitutes acceptance of these terms in their entirety.
