• Exclusive licensee of all MOVE™ intellectual property

• Authorized to teach, facilitate, and distribute MOVE™ content

C. Qatar Partner – Mangroves Consultancy, Auctions, and Exhibitions

• Licensed host for Qatar-based MOVE™ events

• Does not own any MOVE™ intellectual property

• Operates under Qatari licensing and compliance regulations

Program names, event titles, cohort structures

Photos, artwork, and original media

E. Automatic Protection Clause

All content is protected whether formally registered or not.
Unauthorized use remains prohibited regardless of registration status.

4. PERMITTED USE – WHAT PARTICIPANTS MAY DO

• You receive a limited, personal, non-commercial license to:

• Access content during the program

• Use workbooks and materials for your own development

• Take personal notes for individual learning

This license:

Republish video calls or workshops

Transcribe or rewrite course content for distribution

D. Misuse of Brand & Identity

Use MOVE™ logos or visuals

Claim affiliation without approval

Create similar/confusing brand material

E. AI / Machine Learning Restrictions

You may not use MOVE™ content to:

Train AI models

Create AI-generated derivative content

Upload content to any AI platform

Use AI to replicate MOVE™ frameworks

F. Data Scraping & Extraction

Scraping, mining, or extracting content from the website or digital portals is strictly prohibited.

6. ENFORCEMENT & LEGAL REMEDIES

MOVE™ reserves the right to take immediate action, including:

• Removal from programs

• Termination of memberships

• Revocation of all content access

• Legal action for damages

• Injunctions and profit recovery

• Reporting violations to authorities

Jurisdiction depends on the location of service delivery:

• UK courts for online & international violations

• Qatar courts for Qatar-based violations

7. DMCA / INTERNATIONAL TAKEDOWN PROCEDURES

To file a copyright infringement or takedown request, email:

No implied licenses are granted.

10. NO IMPLIED LICENSES

11. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of this Notice is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. Invalid provisions shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to achieve the original intent.
